The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the specific tooth involved, the type of treatment necessary, and the extent of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the options available to you, their relative success rates, the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.\u00a0 Endodontic fees will vary accordingly, so please feel free to contact our office for further information.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

We will make you aware of all charges associated with your treatment before it begins. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (847) 869-2223.<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t

PAYMENT<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. Due to the unique nature of our practice and the specialized types of cases we treat, it is not possible for us to accept insurance in lieu of payment.\u00a0Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Office\n\t\t\t

Best Endodontics of Evanston is not affiliated with any dental insurance companies.\u00a0 We do, however, utilize an electronic claim service that allows us to submit the dental claim on your behalf.\u00a0 This service is complementary and we encourage all of our patients take advantage of this feature as it will provide you with reimbursement of your benefits at a much faster rate.<\/p>\n

Appointment Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n

We respect your time and kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to ours. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee.
